Vacancy Foreman

About the position
For our factory in Etten-Leur we are looking for a Foreman.

As a foreman, you coordinate the assembly work between 8 to 10 people and ensure that the work is completed on time.
In doing so, you also coordinate the logistical flows within the company from furniture production to packaging to on-site assembly of the custom furniture.
You supervise repairs, solve common problems and regularly consult with the supervisor.
You work and supervise the employees in a coaching manner.

In doing so, you will also work fully in factory assembly where you assemble custom furniture.

What we ask
You have experience in interior construction and technical insight. You have HBO working and thinking level and preferably have experience in a similar, lead role.

In addition, you are flexible, have a go-getter mentality, motivated and have communication skills.

About the company
You will work in an enthusiastic team of about 20 people that specializes in engineering, coordination, production and assembly of complex interiors in both the maritime sector (ship and yacht building) and in interior design for the private and business sector.  You will be working in the top of the furniture industry.
