The driving force behind Avenue 44 is Hans Roovers. Since his education, a passion for wood and interior design has emerged. After 15 years of experience in yacht interior design, it was time for a new challenge. It all began with the search for materials and the creation of furniture where he could channel his creativity. His creativity and education in Furniture & Wood form the foundation of Avenue 44. The creation of furniture and the (re)use of old materials are continually expanded as he acquires items during his searches. An appropriate design is conceived for the available material. Avenue 44 sets high standards for its products both in terms of quality, workmanship and the end result.
The passion for yacht interior construction has always remained. Thanks to the new company premises, Hans's dream has become a reality, and Avenue44 now focuses on renovating/remodeling the interior of luxury mega yachts.

Avenue 44 is an ambitious, growing interior design company full of craftsmanship and passion. That's why we are almost always looking for talented craftsmen who want to join our team. You will be working in the top of the furniture industry. This includes the interiors of luxury yachts, high-end residential properties in the private sector, and offices in the corporate market. You will work in a well-organized team with varied tasks. You coordinate the tasks with fellow professionals to carry out the work as smoothly as possible.
