Everything is built in-house
The use of high-quality materials, craftsmanship and experience are paramount at Avenue44. All manufactured furniture is of high quality. To ensure the right quality, we work with top professionals and the best machines. Over the years, therefore, our machinery has grown into a full-fledged factory.
We have in-house facilities for all facets: from 3D drawing rooms to furniture making, veneering and a paint department. We can also arrange (international) transportation for you. Because we do everything in-house, we can guarantee the best possible quality.
Design
Everything starts with an idea. Together we turn your idea into a concrete interior design.
In our drawing office we create a 2D or a 3D design for a total interior concept. Your new interior comes even more to life in a 3D design. We work with Topsolid'Wood. This is the only integrated CAD/CAM software package specifically developed for the needs of the wood industry.
You will receive a proposal with the layout(s) and atmosphere Customization is wonderful, but it also requires a lot of expertise to make the right choices. We are therefore happy to advise you on special materials and applications. We incorporate trends into our interior design, but they are not an end in themselves. Our goal is a unique custom interior that reflects your wishes.
Work Preparation
Once the exclusive design is ready and agreed with the client, work preparation begins.
Our engineers/drawers, engineers/work planners and project managers translate interior designs into technical layout drawings and purchase orders. They lay the foundation for a perfect end result. Using computer-controlled CNC milling machines, our woodworkers make all parts to size.
Machinery
In addition to skilled workers, we have very modern machinery.
In our brand new spacious production hall you will find modern machinery. Including a Vitap CNC machine. This is where our professionals work with a passion for their craft. Every day they make high quality products for the most beautiful kitchens and interiors for exclusive mega yachts, homes and or commercial properties, with 100% customer satisfaction.
Production is a complete process from plate to end product. In order to work as efficiently as possible, a special routing has been set up. This leads to fast turnaround times, accurate products and high-quality craftsmanship!
Furniture manufactory
Our furniture makers make unique, exclusive custom-made furniture, ceilings, floors and other interior parts with precision.
For years, Avenue44 has made several learning places available in different departments for students who would like to work with different materials and create the most challenging furniture parts for an interior or yacht.
As an organization, we can offer students all aspects of the training, because we make everything ourselves in every department. Consider production, veneer, spray/paint and assembly departments. As an organization, we believe it is important to train new talent so that they remain with us after certification. We also offer opportunities for colleagues to advance interns to other positions.
Veneer shop
Everything for your specific design.
Having a veneer shop in-house is certainly a valuable addition to our furniture making business. Veneering requires a high level of precision and craftsmanship, as it results in beautiful and durable surfaces for furniture and decorative elements.
In the veneer shop, all veneer sheets are sized, cut, veneer patterns assembled, veneer plans made, batches of veneers sorted, glued, cut and pressed. This is a very precise job, accuracy and precision are key here. V
Paint department
Top quality paintwork thanks to new spray booth and craftsmanship.
In luxury yacht building, the level of paintwork is very important. In yacht building everything revolves around the quality of materials and workmanship. High demands are therefore placed on the spraying work. The quality of the spraying is determined by the craftsmanship of the sprayer, the spraying tools, the spray booth, the paint used and the type of wood. We have two spray booths.
Assembly and transportation
National and international tranpsort
Once everything has been sprayed, dried and veneered, we start the final assembly. In this process, all parts of the furniture are put together.
Then the furniture pieces are prepared for transport. This includes packing and preparing the furniture for shipping. We can also arrange international transportation for you.
Once the furniture is on location, our field team will take care of the installation, refit or new construction on board your yacht or in your home.

ENGINEERING &DESIGN
We use 2D and 3D drawing programs, which means we can also prepare the parts with CNC machines.
INTERIOR YACHTS
In luxury yacht building we specialize in: complete interiors, wheelhouse, bathroom, owners cabin, dinette, outside furniture and exterior.
REFIT
With Refit work we renew existing yachts that are outdated or no longer meet the owner's requirements. Refit work can be carried out for a complete yacht. In addition, an owner may also choose to renew or repair certain parts of a boat or yacht.
